Know the condition of every bolt and target maintenance instead of relying on assumptions. AutoBolt CM is installed by one operator in under 5 minutes and performs a fully automated 360° drive around the flange in under 5 minutes — inspecting and documenting each bolt and the flange gap. It uses the same Caterpillar drive and Battery Unit as AutoBolt; only the Main Unit is exchanged for a Condition Monitoring Unit.
Key properties
- Can be installed anywhere on the flange — the system automatically identifies bolt No. 1 in the sequence.
- Takes a picture of each bolt to identify changes in state — including actual bolt elongation and thus pre-tension level.
- Data stored in tamper-free files, giving a lifetime history of bolt tightening level from initial tightening.
